My parents are moving out of Ephrata... and to the Tri-Cities!! This is crazy because they have lived in Ephrata since I was 8 months old. My dad just got a great new job opportunity. They will be selling their home which was my mom's dream house so I think she is a little sad about that but excited for the new adventure. Anyway if you know anyone that is looking for housing in Ephrata out in the country with lots of privacy... IT'S GORGEOUS and on 6.5 acres!! You should definitely check it out! There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 den, a formal living room, a formal dining room, a huge kitchen, a family room and 2 car garage. Oh and most importantly a separate laundry room. There are also high ceiling large windows and laminate floors and to top it all off it has the "DREAM PORCH" with a great panoramic view. There is a small orchard of fruit trees and a big garden so we have enjoyed many a home grown fruits and veggies YUMMY! Hi, my name is Erin and my husband Chris is cousins with Shana. We are planning on moving to Ephrata this summer. Do you know how much they are asking for their house? Are they interested in leasing or only selling?
hmm... You would have to talk to my dad for all the details I think they were looking for about $390,000 but not exactly sure I put his email and phone number in the blog.
