FIVE MONTHS ALREADY??!!

Dawson is just over 5 months I can hardly believe it. He has been sitting up for a while but is just now getting very sturdy. It is so nice because he is able to play with his little toys and entertain himself (it's so cute) so I can get a little done around the house while he's awake. It is hard because I really just want to spend all of my time playing with him but nothing would ever get done.

We read together every day and he LOVES books, he just seems to be so aware of everything around him... He is now getting in the crawling position and rocks back and forth a bit but isn't really getting around yet. He loves to stand, he is constantly smiling he giggles a lot especially with Chad (he's such a good daddy) he's not afraid to be a huge dork! I am loving staying home with little Daws and decided it's my favorite "JOB" ever, I might just have to have a few more of these little guys and hopefully someday a little gal! SO FUN! LOVE IT!

Look Alike Part 2

Okay so by popular demand there are now comparison photos of both Chad and I to Dawson... I for one think that he looks very much like both of us... I don't know if Chad and I look alike or something but he seems to be a great blend. I asked Chad if he'd like to add anything to this blog as he complains that he never gets to blog and his addition was "GO SUNS!" big surprise there.

Dawson has really started to "talk", every time I try to get it on video he stops so here is a little taste. Ignore me... how embarrassing!!

Out With The Old & In With The New

My parents are moving out of Ephrata... and to the Tri-Cities!! This is crazy because they have lived in Ephrata since I was 8 months old. My dad just got a great new job opportunity. They will be selling their home which was my mom's dream house so I think she is a little sad about that but excited for the new adventure. Anyway if you know anyone that is looking for housing in Ephrata out in the country with lots of privacy... IT'S GORGEOUS and on 6.5 acres!! You should definitely check it out! There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 den, a formal living room, a formal dining room, a huge kitchen, a family room and 2 car garage. Oh and most importantly a separate laundry room. There are also high ceiling large windows and laminate floors and to top it all off it has the "DREAM PORCH" with a great panoramic view. There is a small orchard of fruit trees and a big garden so we have enjoyed many a home grown fruits and veggies YUMMY! Dawson is growing like crazy he was 15 lbs. 13 oz. at his 4 month appointment and I think that they said that he's 25 inches long. He is just over the 50th percentile in both height and weight. I still have yet to do more pictures. I know... you would think I would not have a problem getting them done as I am the one who takes them but... sometimes I think that makes it harder. Urg... Anyway I will keep it short and hopefully I'll get some pictures done this week so that I can post those next... These ones should be cute as he is constantly smiling these days as you can see, with his two cute little teeth that are fully out now. OH SO CUTE!!!
